Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category / Instant Electronic Delivery / Instant Downloads
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the kuberonline marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

Refund Policy

Request for refund is accept for below reason only

  • No product delivered. In case of Target Programmes, when you are not given access to documents / system / Learning Management System.
  • No product delivered in due date (Customer can claim refund only, if he/she notifies through email before delivery of solution that it does not have means anymore).
    Your purchase of e-books or software or hard copy material does not meet your requirements. (For missing partial requirements, you can ask for revision, support team will provide you quick support for revised work. But refund won’t be considered.)
  • Refund can’t be proceed without proper proof and reason, The customer who have an issue in purchase, must write an email with proper proof of bad product or worst product issues.
    Partial refund request is proceed if somewhere missed some requirements. (It will be fixed by management team with reviewed by your original problems.)

Request for refund can’t accepted for below reason

  • Refund can’t be considered if you change your original requirements that were mentioned at the time of purchase.
  • An email formally asks for refund won’t be considered. You should have a proper proof that purchase does not meet your requirements. You will be asked for documents of proof.

In follow-up of revision and long communication through email support, refund won’t be considered. It states that you agreed with purchase and you are going to follow-up for some revision and our expert was giving you time and support for providing your best needs.

Without communicating about refund issues, Refund request can’t be proceed. (No refund will be allowed if you do not state the reason behind it.) Once you confirm your order for products, having delivery time more than 2 days, you can’t cancel your order after 2 hours time. There is no cancellation/refund of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

We do not consider any individual grading system. We believe customer’s satisfaction and quality working as per client’s requirements. The refund request only be proceed if you state problems in working solution provided by our expert. You will be answered within quick time.

Shipping Policy

Shipping

  • We generally ship within 1 or 2 days after the payment has been received
  • Primering takes a few days more
  • Dispatches for the day are boxed by 1.00 p.m. and are picked up at 2.00 p.m.
  • There are no dispatches on the weekends or public holidays
  • Overseas shipping- by air, delivery time 15-18 working days and by sea 45+ days,logistic partner – DHL,FEDEX,UPS,TNT,DTDC.

Handling

  • Please write to us to inquire in detail about the product handling fees and cost.

Delivery

  • Delivery generally takes 5 – 6 working days, once we ship, based on the delivery locations.
  • There is an extra charge for Expedited Delivery which can only be assessed once the goods are ready for dispatch.
  • In the event that Expedited Delivery is required, the extra amount payable will be communicated and goods dispatched once the extra amount has been credited.
  • Occasionally, (but not on all orders) there is an Octroi charge levied for goods entering Mumbai. In the event that the Octroi is levied, this amount will have to be paid by the Artist.
  • Our logistics partners are DHL, FedEx,TNT,UPS and DTDC.

International Shipping

  • For shipments outside India kindly register and write to us at info@kuberonline.in
  • We will add you to our Master List of Artists outside India and inform you.
  • You may then place an Order on our Website.
  • All “Successful” Orders will be Boxed and we will revert to you with the Box sizes and Freight amount.
  • You will receive an email directing you to page where you may make the payment for Freight.
  • Once we receive intimation that the Freight payment has been received, we will ship through DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS or DTDC.
